Transportation
For both the Friday welcome reception and the Saturday wedding, we highly recommend taking a taxi or rideshare to the wedding.
Be aware: for Saturday, the area around at the Asian Art Museum can feel unsafe at night. Please use caution. It is best to be dropped off and picked up directly in front of the venue.
Parking
For the Friday welcome reception, the underground Ghiradelli Square Parking Garage in the same building as the Subpar venue. Street parking is also an option.
For the Saturday wedding, the Civic Center Garage is directly across the street from the Asian Art Museum. Note, the garage closes at midnight. We recommend moving to street parking before close (or taking a taxi or rideshare).
Plus Ones
Please only respond for guests who have been invited. If we have overlooked your fiancé, partner or spouse, please let us know.
Children
Due to the size, time and location of the wedding, Saturday’s celebration is for adults only. However, the welcome reception on Friday evening is family-friendly. If you are looking for childcare, nanno.com and urbansitter.com have been recommended by our planner.
What to Wear
The dress code for the wedding is black tie optional. The Asian Art Museum is a formal venue; we encourage you to dress up! For example, one might wear a tuxedo, dark suit, floor-length gown, fancy cocktail dress or formal cultural attire, such as a hanbok. On the other hand, Friday’s reception – miniature golf at Ghiradelli Square – is informal, dress smart casual.

The wedding will take place entirely indoors at the Asian Art Museum. Friday’s welcome reception will be indoors, however there is a small outdoor patio with views of the Bay that guests can enjoy; Ghiradelli Square is open air.
